Una nueva mirada
The Mexican Embassy in NZ (Level 2, AMP Chambers 187 Featherston St, Wellington) is hosting a photographic exhibition by Tina Modotti until June 25th. Modotti is considered a quite important figure in post-revolutionary Mexico: a master photographer, member of the comunist party, and part of the bohemian and avantgarde scene. She was also a Hollywood actress, and one of the many nude models (and lovers) of Diego Rivera.

You forgot to mention that Modotti was somehow implicated in the assasination of Trotsky, although there are no clear evidence. But, as we say in Mexico... when the river sounds....
WOW! I had no idea! Well, now that Crimson retired to live in Chiapas, maybe he could solve that mystery... and some other assassination mysteries in Mexico.
